Taming, harvesting and XP rates live in `GameUserSettings.ini` under `[ServerSettings]`, and breeding multipliers (mating interval, egg hatch speed, baby mature speed, imprint) live in `Game.ini` under `[/script/shootergame.shootergamemode]`.
